viCos

viCos are virtual (co)working spaces in which, tailored entirely to the specific situations of the participants, protocols and dialogues are settled and support functions performed. The viCos are, as it were, the administrators of the users’ personal, business or academic narrative themes. They manage who can participate in the game and under what conditions, assist participants and monitor the dialogues conducted between them. In business-to-business, organisational cross-border environments are possible (venn-viCos).

Depending on their role and according to certain ground rules, users communicate with each other in one or more viCos. This can be ‘simple’ communication, such as an e-mail exchange between two people about a certain topic or theme. But it can also be a complex communication process in a business ecosystem.

Specific viCos technology:

viCos technology was developed by IGE. In terms of content, the protocols and functions were developed by independent experts in the matter (such as medics or lawyers) or experts from the market party with which the individual is to be connected.

eMe

Individuals access the viCos with a eMe. Developed by IGE and installed on the user’s smartphone, this mobile app is the key to his viCos and assists him in handling the formal conversation through, for example, question-and-answer chats. If necessary, the eMe also provides input on, for example, his body, his personal events or events in his environment, thus completely tailored to his or her personal situation. Besides being a key holder and event generator, the eMe is also there as his agenda manager and is, overall, his direction assistant.
